Just back from the General Hospital in Hamilton ON. Surgery was scheduled for 2:30pm today (16/12/2016) months ago. Was informed to be at the hospital at 12:30 pm. After being without food and water the entire day was informed at 6 pm by a nurse that the surgery has been cancelled! Pathetic, frustrating experience dealing with this doctor who did not have the decency to meet me personally.

I should have writting something a few years ago. I was just looking up Dr. Bowsers number for a friend of a friend who needs a surgeon and found this site. Dr. Bowser did a complecated hernia surgery on me in 2010. He did an amazing job he is a very caring talented surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I never imagined being in a situation of facing cancer surgery. The more shocking thing was how incredibly warm and caring and skilled Dr. Bowser was. I had pre-judged that because he was a surgeon that I would just be another case for him. He saved my life and he was so sympathetic and caring during this difficult time. I'm so fortunate to have had him do my surgery. Thank you Dr. Bowser
