Appointments with R.Z. in under 2 weeks were impossible. The snippy staff repeatedly advised us to visit the urgent care on King Street E. (e.g. with blood poisoning, pneumonia, kidney stone). My gallbladder surgery was initialized by the nurse only. No doctor/nurse checkup there after. My husband had a severe autoimmune disorder. Both doctors misdiagnosed. An extended lab test could have saved him a lot of pain and distress. He lost 30 lbs. Just 5 months after bypass surgery. Does that cover the categories : Caring/Helpful/Knowledge?
