I have been seeing Dr.Koziak for 39 yrs. Great friendly staff, very punctual, very knowledgeable and not afraid to admit when he has no answers. In this case he is very quick in finding a specialist for the required problem. He is also not a big pill pusher. I am sure his patients are quite concerned on his imminent retirement!

Dr.Koziak is a fantastic doctor...stays current. Amazing staff. He is slow to dole out medications and always does a thorough job. Also you can always be seen fairly quickly.

Dr. Koziak is an excellent doctor, caring, personalble, kind, & very thorough i have been going to him for almost 20 yrs. also my husband & two sons. He is the best doctor i have ever had & his staff is very friendly & nice.
