Impersonal, no concern anymore, quick, just like an ER doctor...has really changed last 2 years and really disappointing.

He is starting to slow down towards retiring. He used to take real time to help and listen. Now it is quick, impersonal and lack of genuine concern. Too bad, because he was good.
