No compassion for elderly patients or their families. Treated my parents horrible and took years away from them as he left my father's depression unmedicated for far too long and refused to concentrate on his growing inability to walk. Also let bladder infections go on causing many hospital visits and at one time near death. So happy my father has moved away and is now in good care. Also, receptionist was constantly horrible and uncaring to my mother and could not understand they couldn't drive and Dad couldn't walk

I have found Dr. Bastedo to be very compassionate, caring and helpful. He takes the time to know you and have a conversation and shows interst in what you have to say; or how you are feeling. He has been my doctor for many years.
