The staff is really freindly. Dr Hiemstra is a doctor that really cares for his patients.He has helped me out a lot since I have started seeing him in many ways. Never have I had such a good doctor. Really listens and tries to help all that he can. Very lucky to have him as a doctor.

Take the time you need which is a double-edged sword,your appointment can be delayed as he does the same for all patients.Revolving shifts for staff can be a pain having to explain things more that once.Can be hard to get a timely appointment.

This doctor is very caring and empathetic. He listens to all your concerns before deciding what needs to be done. Seems very knowledable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a doctor.
