I have know Dr Motz for several years. She has been extremely dismissive with my daughter's mental issues. I brought my daughter in twice to ask for a referral to the psychiatrist, but Dr. Motz's response was "all teenagers are like that" and referred to a very expensive therapist which we could not possibly afford. Later I found out there was free counselling for youth at the YSB, but for some reason Dr. Motz did not mention that option. Then we had a crisis when my daughter was suicidal and I called for an urgent appointment -- they only bothered to call me back two weeks later. By that time, I found another provider who referred us to CHEO and addressed the situation. We will never again use Dr. Motz's clinic.

DR motz and the other doctors are great. she always has a smile for me. the office staff are amazing, and the nurses are the best.the only issue is the lenth of time you have to wait to be seen. its a minimum of a half hour or longer. she has been my dr for a few years. but im very sad to say, its time to part ways. I will miss everyone there.

Dr M has been my Dr for almost three years now. She is very professional and always has a smile for me. The nurses and office staff are just as nice. I'm lucky to have her as my Doctor.

I have known Dr. Motz for several years. She is always late, between 40 minutes- 1 hr & 45 minutes. However, she takes her time with each patient, shows genuine concern and interest, and is very knowledgeable. The wait becomes worth it once you get to see her.

Dr Motz has been consistently late for her appointments. Today, she was 40 minutes late for her first appointment of the day and when confronted about it she told us that she didn't want my wife or our daughter as patients any more.

My girls and I have frequented the clinic where Dr. Motz works for several years now and absolutely cherish what she brings to her profession ... not only a deep knowledge but a genuine concern and caring and a wonderful manner in dealing with people. Very pragmatic but tactful. She recently became our full-time famiily physician and my family and I couldn't be happier!

I went to Dr. Motz as an after hour referral from my doctor. I have to say I was really impressed. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain how my medication would work as well as answered my questions in depth. I have a lot of respect for doctors that don’t make their patients feel like a number and this is one clinic that definitely makes you feel at ease. The doctor’s and the wonderful staff have amazing compassion. Thank you!.
