All around Dr. Bertrand is a fantastic doctor. He was great with our daughter and is good for calming new parents, even though our girl is now 4.

Understand why he may be late for appointments - takes the time to listen to patients and explain issues. Does not patronize patients, which makes him exceptional.

Love Dr. Bertrand. He'll spend the time needed with you. Doesn't rush you back out the door. However, I have just been sitting on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting for reception to answer my call. Still waiting....

He may not always be on time, but I completely understand why - he really takes the time to hear your concerns, never rushes you. He is never dismissive, very good natured and has a great sense of humour. I always feel at ease when I go to see him. He has been my family doctor for years. He is also my children's family doctor - I switched them to him after being treated poorly by two pediatricians. He truly is the best!
