I have no issues with Doctor Hall, I find him helpful and nice. Like most appointment based practices the time of the appointment is usually not representative of when you get in. On the other hand I find his staff extremely rude, either not answering the phone or hanging up on you when you are placed on hold. When you finally get through they are very short and rude, hanging up before you have finished speaking.

I have been his patient for almost 10 years. He is the most kind, caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had. He will explain in great detail which is rare for a male doctor.

Best doctor ever!! Have been his patient for over 20 years and he has always been kind, caring and compassionate. Even when I had a cancer scare, he patiently explained the treatments I was going to have and was with me all the way! Also, Dr. Hall was the one who diagnosed my cancer and I would not be alive today without him questiioning a small symptom I had which I thought was nothing, but Dr. Hall wouldn't leave it alone until he found out what was wrong. The person who says his office is always closed has no idea that this man also is the medical doctor for several nursing homes in the city. You can't be in two places at once, bud!!
