Very hard to get app. Use of internet porthole is useless for booking an app. Told to use the porthole to book only to get message back saying to call 8am day of app requested. Some people have to work for a living and must book in advance do to shift work. Follow up on issues are lacks! My opinion of 3 yrs with her lack of caring and not attentive!
