The best doctor ever! After leaving the province a short time and having to deal with healthcare elsewhere, I can tell you without a doubt that Dr. Winters always listens to your concerns, shows great respect and works as a partner in health. He never assumes and listens intently about your concerns. I am thankful to have a healthcare provider who care about his patients so much.

We have been with Dr Winter since they opened this office we love him he treats us well when we need a rx renewal we always phone the pharmacy i give a few days notice tell them how many days pills i have left and have always been treated well at Pharmacy as well as at Dr Winter

Dr. Winter has been my family doctor for the last 2 years or so.I like the office setup with nurses sharing some of the work. I can always get an appointment when I need it and find Dr. Winter and staff very caring and helpful to my needs.

i was told he would send my husband to a specialist, his office never made that referal, only been a year and a half. I simply needed a refill on rx, gave them 13 days notice, they beyond messed it up and after a week , i called was told it was sent to pharmacy, next day i go to pick it up and they still hadnt sent it to pharmacy.... pharmacy called them and after wasting a hour and a half, finally got it. The list goes on and on .... simly im fed up and finding a better Dr and staff.
