Best doctor on the planet. Very busy man for good reason, worth the wait to get an appointment. He never rushes you, he listens to you! Very rare. I have never had any problems with the wonderful, excellent attentiveness and high quality of the staff, who are compasionate, knowledgeable and caring.

Staff has very little sense of how to maintain contact with patients. Hard to reach. Very diverse hours of operation. Messages on answering machine should be updated and informative.

He needs to be more careful when assuring patients that what they have is not serious. He misdiagnosed my breast cancer. He told me it was something else, that it would be gone by the time I had my mammogram, that I had nothing to worry about. Well he couldn't have been more wrong. Thank goodness I didn't believe his diagnosis.
