I just called for some assistance in getting some health records that I need for school - I have experienced such horrible service - rude, short, NOT at all helpful. I am sorry to bother you but isn't it your job to help patience -rushed off the phone like I was a telemarketer or something.

left him for a practitioners clinic as the level of care wasnt there after our Dr. Hunter retired. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. Also he gave an incorrect dose of a drug to my son.

Dr. Kim is awesome and caring. his staff, even with the changeover are not so much. My daughter has been forced to go to emergency as never able to get an appointment for several weeks. Have stayed away from clinics however moving forward will have no other choice if can't be seen for a week plus clinic is a better alternative than emergency. My spouse has no issues Ever getting in to his doctor if he is in pain or bleeding or needs medical attention sooner than later.

Dr Kim has been an excellent replacement for Dr. Hunter. Too bad that his staff dont share the same kindness and interest in your well being. I have been a patient there for 25 years and I have yet to see a smile on the face of any of the staff there. They either all hate their job or feel that they have earned the right to treat the sick like prision inmates. Too bad, Dr. Kim is great!

Now in need of new family Dr. Diagnosed with T2 diabetes and given a prescription for a meter. Nothing else, no follow up, no dietician nothing. Staff are an absolute disgrace. Ignorant, rude to the point of disgust.
