Dr. Andersen is the best person who has come into mine and my families life. She is modern with medical terms and technology, she is real, and at one point sat down with me and helped me get through my PPD. She is great and always on time. I have never had to wait more than 5 min to see her for my appointments.

I am so happy with this doctor. I find her to be knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She takes my concerns seriously. I am also very happy she is no longer part of the Boardwalk medical centre. They were difficult to contact and rude. They made too many mistakes to even mention them all and very disorganized.

Very unprofessional. Maybe because she just graduated. Visit few times and she didn't solve any problem, only thing she knew was how to refer me to specialists and examinations, and still with mistakes like repeatedly sending me off to same examination. Her patients need to be really PAYING ATTENTION for what she instructs them to do, and correct her if she forgets anything or makes any mistakes. It is our body and health in the end anyway, she doesn't seem to be really care. Also, there was one time she used a glove that had dropped on the ground and use it on my face, regret I didn't have the chance to stop her before realizing she really did it.

I love dr andersen and will be moving with her to her new clinic. She is knowledgeable and takes time to address all my issues. The staff at the boardwalk are incredibly difficult to deal with and they make it almost impossible to see my own dr. Looking forward to meeting and dealing with the new administrative team at her new clinic.

Most of the time, she is on leave. It is difficult to reach her. When I am calling her office for appointment, most of the time it takes about 30 min for reach them. The staffs are very rude; claiming that they are busy with 23 phone line. If they cannot manage the patient properly why they are accepting new patient. or why they are not increasing the staff.

Not too professional, does not really engage in patients, leaves most of the work to her nurse, I find a lack of effective communication and making appointments without consulting patients, overall I was not too happy with her professional conduct.
