One of Tte worst doctor in K-W area. Very uncaring, rarely takes her hand off the door knob. She miss diagnosed a chronic lung infection when it was really emphysema.

Although I've been a patient of Mary's for decades, I haven't see her in over a year--each time I make an appt. she is not in. I was upset not to see her for my yearly check-up: how is this practice different from a walk-in clinic?

Mary is great but it is becoming more and more difficult to get an appt as her hours are less and less! Her nurse is OK but her receptionist is rude and should not be giving out medical advice over the phone. Not helpful AT ALL!

She is great!! She really cares but does not work many hours. The nurse is very kind. Her receptionist does the best she can considering how much time she has to work with, but if my kids are sick she gets them in - very busy office!

I agree with the poster about the tendency to feel rushed. I've had questions before that I had to wait three months to ask at my physical and I didn't even get a chance to say anything. The receptionist is extremely rude. The nurse is lovely however, and Dr Wright is very smart and knowledgable.

Although I like Mary as a person I find that she rushes in and our of the room before letting me get my questions out. Lately she has been very distracted and is hardley ever in the office. Her nurse Irene is fantasic but the receptionist is not at all helpful. Since when due receptionist hand out diagnosis over the phone?

If Mary doesn't know she doesn't hesitate to send you to a specialist. In over 20 years only once did I have to wait 5 mins. She was squeezing me in so I expected to wait much longer. She's an incredibly caring and dedicated doctor.

I find Mary kind ,bright, supportive and a good listener and pleasant. The staff, especially her nurse could benefit from learning some of these skills.
