Not impressed with his bedside manners. He came across as dismissive and condesending. If I am coming to the Emergency Room under my family doctors request, sending me home with T3's and no testing is unacceptable. In the future I will make the drive to Guelph Hosiptal where the care is exceptionable. If I could rate this experience as a zero, I would.

I had to take my stepfather into hospital after a fall he had. I was so impressed with Dr. Harte and his compassion, kindness, and professionalism. All the nurses were very attentive. We sure are lucky to live in Canada.
