Doctor Wurtele has been my family physician for 20 years. She has been a very professional yet personable and attentive doctor I have ever had. I am very critical of healthcare professionals who fail to pay attention to their patient’s concerns legitimately or not. I believe that in order to be an effective and efficient doctor, one must have people skills and a good sense of their profession. No, doctors do not have all the answers but they should be able to listen to what their patient is saying process the information gathered, make educated guesses and follow through with appropriate testing. Doctor Wurtele is all that anyone would want in a family doctor and just a little more. I will never want to lose her as my doctor.
