It's interesting reading the comments about Dr. Pace and everyone has their own situation but I would like to comment on my own situation and express my gratitude to Dr. Pace for saving my life. I am a 28 year veteran Captain on the fire department and I developed colon cancer related to my job. When it was diagnosed Dr. Pace immediately saw the urgency in operating right away to remove the two areas of cancer I had. If another week passed the cancer would have passed through the mucosa wall and spread like wild fire to other organs. If it was not for the skill and knowledge that Dr. Pace possesses I probably would not be here in a couple of years as it was stage 3 cancer heading to stage 4. His bedside manner is quick and to the point as with all surgeons and he doesn't candy coat it but he has a great sense of humour and really cares about his patients. It's funny but I was in for 8 days and met a lot of nurses and they all had one thing in common. They all said if I ever needed surgery Dr. Pace would be my number one choice. You can't get a better referral then from your peers who see your work everyday. I know some people have rated him 1 for reasons that happen unfortunately but from my perspective I could not have been better blessed to have a highly skilled surgeon than in Ron Pace. His medical secretary Penny is such a joy and enthusiastic person who helps you in anyway she can. So my overall life saving experience is thanks to Dr. Ronald Pace.
