An OHIP billing machine. He likes walk-in clinic medicine, works mainly on Saturdays for such walk-ins (higher billings). Yet he was reprimanded by CPSO while a doctor in Cambridge Walk-in Clinic. CPSO's words: "Physician first, Patients last".

My mother went to this office today and got to see the nurse practitioner. She was rude, uncaring, and extremely unprofessional. I would like to know where she can be reported. She does NOT deserve to be a practitioner. She's not qualified. I'm thinking we need to seek another family doctor. This office is horrible. They are known to prescribe the wrong medications to people. This practice is crooked.

I was a patient of Sean Welling after my doctor retired. Called him in April to get an appt. for him to look at my strained ankle & I'm still waiting for someone to call me back. Got a new doctor & this guy is charging me $70.00 to release my file which I'm sure he never looked at from my doctor who retired

I changed to another doctor, I had Dr. Welling, for three years and he didn't do anything,I waited for months to get my blood test checked and I never heard a thing.He is just out for the money, and we are glad we left.

the most unhelpful, unavailable doctor I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. He is uncaring and seldom can be reached at all. Appts need to be made through e-mail, no phone calls allowed. I am looking for a more reliable and caring doctor.

Dr. Sean Welling is our new physician. I met him once and I was pleased with the way he treated me. I also met Jennifer, the PN which she was OK too. Whatever, I cannot say the same thing about his staff. They are very rude. They never answer the phone. They ask everybody to contact them via E-mail. They should think that not everyone has or know how to use the Internet. There are lots immigrants in this area which does not speak very well English and need support. Last week I took my very ill two granddaughters to their walk in clinic. We arrived at 5:00pm and there was only one lady waiting. The walk in clinic is run until 6:00pm. I was so pleased, but only until the receptionist opened her mouth and told me she cannot take the girls in. I ask her to do so because they were very ill: very bad cough, 40C fever, earache. I told her we have to go to another walk in clinic. She told us we will be dismissed. I asked her to make an appointment for the next day while we were there. She said she does not make appointments in person. She suggested to call next day but she does not warranty we will get an appointment. This is the care they learn in school to provide? Especially for children? The next day I took the girls to another walk in clinic, where we were treated as human being.

Went to walk in on Thursday afternoon with my 2 very ill granddaughters. The waiting room was empty. The receptionist did not want to take the girls in. We were there at 5:00pm and the walk in is ran until 6:00. She suggested to call next day for an appointment, She did not want to make appointment while we were there. She did not forget to tell us if we are going to another walk in clinic we will be dismissed. No respect and care especially for kids. The girls had 40C fever and coughing their brains out. They never answer the phone.last time when we went in with a 4 year old, she got a wrong dosage prescription

did not even see the doctor but instead they sent in his practitioner which she seemed confused -- GAVE MY DAUGHTER THE WRONG DOSAGE, and the pharmacist refused to give me the medication as it was too dangerous to give the dosage prescribed to a toddler

Went to a walk in clinic on the weekend but they did not post anything about having the hours cancelled on the door nor the voicemail. Unable to book time to see the doctor during the week because they are over booked and they are still accepting new patients. Asked to be De-registered but they did not actually follow through with this. Terrible and disrespectful!

Runs an open clinic every Saturday and Sunday. When my husband went on July 23, neither him nor staff showed up with no signage and no change on the answering machine. Arrogant during appointments and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of staff during business hours (phone always busy). Can't seem to handle the patients he currently has and yet continues to accept new patients.

Trying for over a week to get a prescription refill pharmacy has sent repeated faxes no response they have tried calling as have I all you ever get is an answering machine im changing doctors stay away from this one.

Dr. Welling is not my regular Dr. I had to see him about a skin condition I had developed on my face. He looked at it, declared it was rosaceae and wrote up a prescription and left. When I looked up rosaceae on the internet, found it was incurable. Dr. Welling should have told me what I was going to have to do for the rest of my life to keep this under control. I was most upset to find out about this condition in this way, thought he was off handed about it.
