Doesn't take patients seriously. likes to prescribe pills instead of finding the actual problem. I had to see another doctor to get help for my ongoing medical condition.

My granddaughter went to the office on july 7 2015 for bladder spasms I called four times and went once to talk to staff about her referral they kept saying they were waiting for the referral here its aug 25th still nothing so I asked for the referral dr's name and number and when I called they had NO record of my granddaughters either they are incompetent or were lying to me. the reason this upset me so much is what if it had been cancer everyday counts. I put in a complaint to http://www.cpso.on.ca/cpso/media/uploadedfiles/policies/complaints/complaintform08.pdf and going to my M.P. this is unacceptable behavior. DR Bhatty should follow up on his staff.

Very unprofessional doctor, he refused to see me just because I went to a walk-in-clinic instead of coming to his clinic. I am 70 years old and left the clinic without any consultation.

This doctor is very unprofessional. He thinks he knows everything. Does not care to listen, he has signs all over the place about charges on missing an appointment.

Dr. Bhatty takes the time to actually listen to what I am saying........Even if he has a large amount of patients....he makes me feel like I am the only one he has to see.
