Excellent family physician. Very current with her knowledge and extremely thorough. Have been with her for 18 years! Her nurse, Susan, is excellent as well. Reception very helpful and their new phone system allows you to leave a message which they return promptly. Well run office!

I have found Dr.Metcalfe, to be one of the best Dr. I have ever seen. Staff are friendly and kind. I never have a problem getting and appointment or a refill on my prescriptions. Thank you Dr. Metcalfe!

Been with Dr.Metcalfe for 15 years. I have had no complaints. Her staff however are not the friendliest.Ive been standing at the counter and ignored sometimes for up to 10 minutes. My last two appointments had me going in to make an appointment because they had taken the phone off the hook. Changes need to be made.

She's an ok Doctor, but good luck trying to get through on their phone line! The office and phone number are shared by at least two different doctors and used by staff to call pharmacies, make referral app'ts etc, so it is ALWAYS busy! We've called for days and days and finally had to just show up or our prescriptions would run out. Or if we do get though and they don't have any app'ts, they charge us $20 for prescription renewal over the phone!
