For all you complainers out there... This man has to listen to our complaints daily! and I think he handles it well. I had to go to the clinic and hosipatal during his medical leave and it was not a very pleasant experience. My wait time at GRH was 7 hour plus, I left before I even got past the waiting room. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in his office. We are all very fortunate to have a family doctor! Not sure how you expected to other doctors to accomodate us when they already have a full patient list.

I think that Dr Taylor is a wonderful doctor .During his absence , I had to go a walk in clinic a couple of times and have been rushed out the door within seconds. For this reason I have come to realize how good of a doctor Dr Taylor actually is .

For a doctor that most of his patients are seniors, he should be ashamed of himself for not arranging to have someone take over his patients while off on leave.

I have to agree with the other patient regarding Dr. Taylor's absence. You think the other doctors would step up. Not impressed by this practive for that reason.

As Dr. Taylor's patient of long-standing, I am very concerned about Dr. Taylor's extended absence from his practice without an arrangement for a locum or for care by the other two physicians in the office. Urgent care clinics and hospital emergency departments cannot take the place of a doctor familiar with the patient or with immediate access to his or her full medical records. Whatever is his problem, I wish Dr. Taylor good health and a speedy return.

I phoned at 11:15 AM this morning and my appointment was booked for 4:10 this afternoon. To the minute I was taken into the exam room. Perfect!!
