Dr Irwin has been treating my Mother for the past few years with many challenging problems. The care she has given my Mom has been exemplary. She has been firm when she needed to be, but always kind to make her point heard. Having said that, she allows my Mother to voice her opinion and always has a listening ear. She has taken great time with her through visits and has given Mom a quality of life that in terms of understanding, care and treatment that she may not have had others. Mom will be moving to Hamilton, but will always remember Dr. Susan Irwin as a compassionate, up to date and understanding Dr. Thank you Dr. Irwin.

Excellent. Doctor Irwin has treated my medical problems, with very good results. I'm very glad she is my doctor. I think the staff needs to know the problem when booking Appt. in order to decide the urgency (triage) A good system in my opinion.

Have to agree with previous comment. Staff does NOT need to know why I want to see the doctor. And other points too. Otherwise, great personality and is helpful

She needs to spend a little more time with patients, take a look outside of the medical book to help find a reason, not just depend on the medical journal itself. And I don't think the secretary needs to know my problem when I book a appointment, she can't help me. In general I like her for all her help so far after 15 years
