Abrupt and bordering on rude. One day I accompanied my young niece to the dr's office and I was on the verge of walking out on him, as he was condescending, rude and in a big hurry. Doesn't understand the problems that normal income, normal people have with paying for expensive meds which are not covered by ODBP. Very poor manners during this visit.

Staff are linear thinkers that need the "Fifth Estate" routine to think beyond their obvious limitations. John lacks empathy, a sense of humor and facial expression. He refuses to perform routine mens' cancer related tests based on unquoted "scientific studies". Refused a request for a colonoscopy based on statistics - even when the ON health guru's are pushing C'scopes. He's always in a rush, even when the waiting room is empty. Abrupt and disdainful at one appt, talking his head off at another appt. Inconsistent.

went to him for after-hours clinic and found him knowledgeable however somewhat abrupt bordering on rude.

He is the best Doctor I've ever had!! He listens to you and doesn't stop till he finds out what's wrong. If you need an appointment the same day you call they'll fit you in. Love the fact that there is a lab there too!!
