Dr Souter is a great doctor with a busy schedule. Been going to her for 25 years - I dread the day when she retires!

she is an absolutely fantastic resource and doctor. Really comprehensive care, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond. She even gave my mother her home phone number after a particularly bad illness.

Great doctor! Sometimes she is late but it's worth it. It at times, can be hard to get in to see her, as there is no more appointment making, unless you want to see her the same day you call. That may work for some people, but others, it may be a problem and cheat them of needing to see doctor Souter for medical care. It also sends out a message, that if the patient cannot comply with coming same day of their call, they can then call another day. With the shortage of doctors, I am glad I have doctor Souter, and although she can at times be behind , I at least know I have someone I can trust with my healthcare, when she opens the door to see me!
