Lackluster level of professional care. No personal consideration for her patients needs. Patients are simply numbers to this doctor. Short, snarky and rude. Her office staff is just as rude.

I accompanied my daughter to see Dr. Hawthorne. We politely declined the presence of a male student during her examination. Despite all, the male student attended the room, which infuriated my daughter and I. We are both very disappointed. I'm afraid we will start to visit walk in clinics or the London Middlesex Health Unit.
