Really these comments are by her patients...?? My experience is totally opposite. No insult to anyone but a doctor needs to know medicine.

I find sometimes she is really good and sometimes it is like she has something better to do elsewhere and is not focused on my visit. Punctuality is good for visits however does not call to let you know test results are back. Sometimes she does not seem to take me seriously at first when I describe symptoms or pain levels. The staff are friendly and helpful in the office but setting up appointments using call-in voice mail is clunky.
