I have been a patient of Rooney's for over 20+ years. He does know his stuff, but needs to be retrained on his bedside manner. Listening to a patient is not one of his strong suits.

Dr. Rooney is easy to speak to...always makes you feel at ease...punctual, even early...is caring, not a pusher of meds...won't give them if not needed...really appreciate that.
