Dr. Spence is one of the finest doctors in the province and I am lucky to have him as my physician. I have been seeing him since 1998 and any time I have a query, he has the information to help me. He is kind and considerate and a consummate professional. I feel lucky having him as our family doctor

If you want to hear the truth take it from an ex patient! I was always rushed in and out of appt. because of this always forgot to address my problems and he had not helped me with any of my medical conditions and if you have pain he doesn"t believe people and never will refer anyone to specialist unless you beg cause he thinks he knows everything. In my view he lacks experience as a Dr. prescribing the wrong thing for the illness which made me worse. And when i got to sick to make it to my last appt he sent me a letter dismissing me firing me as a patient. Basically he ruined my life.

Arrogance plus plus plus. Try and get an appointment. Ha,Ha,Ha.Staff lady needs to learn some manners in life.Worst visit ever. It must be nice to be the King of Doctors. If you want to be treated like a piece of garbage he's your man.

I have been a difficult patient as I have had a multiple number of problems. Dr. Spence took the time with each and every one explaining along the way. There were times i was upset during our appt. Dr Spence took the time to listen to me give me advice and made me feel alot stronger than i went in to my appt. In my opinion Dr Spence was meant to be a family physician. I think Western should send all their Grads to Dr. Spence first to learn how to deal with people.Dr Spence is a kind,honest and down to earth man. I feel very lucky to have him as my family doctor.Please don't ever give up your practise.
