I have been dealing with mental health issues with my own family doctor since April 2016. Today I saw Dr. Patel as the "doctor on call" for the clinic - she immediately acted on my concerns. She treated me with dignity and respect I left her office feeling like there was hope for my issues. Whereas anytime I have seen my own family doctor at the same clinic I have left feeling degraded and that my visit was useless - I was "fluffed off" so to speak.

I have had better, she discusses other patient issues with me so that only leaves me to believe she discusses my issues with others. She allows me to pretty much tell her what I want, I came up with my own treatment plan and she just follows my lead. If I didn't have so much going on and didn't want to start all over with another physician I would have left her along time ago.

very thorough - we were new patients, she ordered basic tests & complete physicals. Found my husband's cancer & saved his life. great for following up on issues
