Always able to get in with minimal wait however getting an appt is terrible and frequently told to just go to walk in like they can't be bothered. The staff doing bookings are NOT caring, friendly and understanding!! Dr Marton herself doesn't seem to be attentive to the issues at hand and no time actually spend listening to what patients need to say. Often doesn't have proper suggestion or solution. Very disheartening when we are trying to help ourselves and be well!!!

Dr. Martin has been my doctor for about 20 years and during that time I am not able to fault her even once. She is caring, supportive, knowledgeable and does not hinder in sending me to a specialist when needed. On top of all that she also is very kind and has a wonderful sense of humour.

First doctor in many decades that actually listens to me. When I'm not in on time, it's because I believe she is also doing so for others and the wait is nothing compared to the benefit.

Dr. Martin, in my opinion is more interested in getting pay for every patient’s visit than the relationship growth, trust, between Doctor and patient. Her lack of truth compassion towards the patients are noticeable. Her inability to reach patients in a more Human deeper level is upsetting.

Dr. Martin's lack of caring for patients it's very noticeable I don't understand how can we hire Doctors, with so many good qualities. For example when they don't even let know if something is wrong after a blood test or x-ray results.

Staff is really rude most of the time. Depends on the day I guess. Dr. Martin herself can show a lot of compassion some days, and others it seems like she does not want to help. Refused to go tests for allergies because I did not know what I was allergic to (Isn't that the point of the test?). Staff does not call you in with tests results unless it is important, so even though you could be waiting for endoscopy results, if there is nothing, they will not call you, and it is YOUR job to call and make an appointment to talk about the results.... not impressed.

Dr. Martin has been my family doctor for over 10 years, most of which we were perfectly content with. Lately, since having children, we've noticed a lot of guess work in problem diagnosis & treatment, resulting in severe worsening of symptoms and ailments. After this happened a few times, we received proper and successful treatment from another health care practioner. Staff can be terribly rude depending on the day. I wouldn't recommend her.
