After a misdiagnosis and giving me misinformation around necessary scheduled visits, I'm fairly disappointed in Dr. Cunningham. I've been left to wait half/fully naked while waiting for an examination for 20-30 minutes multiple times. I don't find their is strong communication between staff and doctor, or doctor and patients. And yes, one of the secretaries lacks professionalism and empathy.

Receptionist (Isabel) is horrible! I try to not call when she is there. She is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. I feel like I"m an inconvenience when I call the office! Stephanie is fantastic I think she's the afternoon girl! I love Dr. Cunningham though!

The recepcionist is awfull, rude and very disrespectul to the needs of the caller-patient. She should not be working in a doctor's office. She sets a very bad mood....sometimes her decisions around life and death are very bad because or her narow mindness.
