He use to be a good doctor until he got enough patients. Now that he has enough patients, half of the time he is away. I feel like every time I go in. He says the same thing to me. It is almost like he does not like being a doctor.He use to be more focused and more involved with patients. I feel like if you are going to be a doctor you should but your heart and soul into it and not do it for the title or money. He has one of the dumbest/rudest staff on the planet.

Doctor Rrafshi is excellent. Needs better time management. Staff are taking a rap but maybe not their fault but the system. They are friendly but cannot deal with phone calls.

My parents remained with this doctor when he opened his practice because they liked him. I have become involved he's always busy, it's a rush don't get office to answer and his clinic doctors not impressed. Changes have not improved time to look for results oriented and knowledgeable, timely practice

Dr. Rrafshi is seeing my elderly father (91 yrs), and he is friendly, and kind.I am also very impressed with his knowledge and hands on expertise. He does try to take the time to explain things to my father, but he is a very busy doctor. Always a good wait to get in, but Dr. Rrafshi is worth the wait....overall, a very good family doctor.

Try to get an appointment here by phoning in. IMPOSSIBLE. You must attempt to call several times and then the staff is rude. Left this doctor as I can get better, more timely care elsewhere and requested my medical records. His office demands $120 for my family records to be transferred! If you have a choice, DO NOT GO HERE.

Amazing doctor. Probably the best I have ever had. Punctuality is hard because it seems like no matter where you go there are too many patients to go around which causes uncontrollable delays.

We are very pleased to have Dr. Rrafshi as our new family doctor. He is caring, listens and no nonsence. While the clinic had some growing pains at first, there is a new wheel chair ramp and new and very caring staff. still hard to get an appointment, but if its an emergency, they have a wonderful after hours clinic as well.

I waited a month to have a appointment. They called me the day before and said he was not going to be in the office. Rescheduled for today and spent 50min waiting for a 5min appointment. He seems nice but they need to get their sh1t together

We were very pleased with Dr. Rrafshi, but his office is virtually inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair or with limited mobility. His office is in an old house on a large corner lot, with parking at the back. You have to walk around the entire corner and then climb up at least 6 steps to the front porch. The back entrance is no better (in fact worse).
