Ive been trying to call to book an apt for weeks however the phone is never answered. it took me two weeks to get in. I see walk in doctors more than I see Dr B cuz I can never get in. Im starting to get beyond annoyed.

I also, been a patient forever but find everything from the doctor, nurses, location, and Lisa A+. I came from a doctor who ask questions and told you not to talk while she wrote. She had a cold personally and the receptionist was rude and never let you come before waiting 1 - 2 weeks. Glad I found Dr. Maurice Butchey and his wonderful staff over 15 years.

He has been my doctor forever and I have a good rapour with him.He doesn't hesitate to refer when necessary.He seems rushed but is always kind and caring.His assistant, Lisa,is another story.I seldom visit the office and when I do call always get the answering machine and she doesn't call back in a timely manner and in fact does not return the call on the same day.The nurses are very friendly and caring;much like Dr. Butchey.
