WOW! I can't believe people think so highly of her. She takes so long because she does all the talking, she DOES NOT listen to the patient. She prefers to diagnose herself, rather than refer to a specialist. The ONLY times I have ever been referred was when she had a replacement. I suffered for 10 years with one illness before I was referred and finally had relief. She needs to listen to her patients

Take a good book with you and expect to wait several hours after your scheduled appointment time to see her as she overbooks her time. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I have to book time off of work to go to my doctor's appointments but she doens't seem to think that my time is valuable. She just wants to book people in like sardines for the money. Who cares if it damages your work life to be gone so long for what should have been an hour round trip.

Dr. Fleming's greatest strength is her knowledge, followed by her ability in collaborating with her patients. She never tries to bully her diagnose onto me like some doctors do. She asks MANY questions about the symptoms first in order to get a clear understanding before making her diagnosis. She makes an accurate diagnosis, not the quickest, or worse yet, most common diagnosis!! I feel like we are a team and she empowers me to have a voice. We can't say that about many professionals! I think she is like this because she cares, she is real, and she is humble.

One of the rare doctors of our times. She has always gone above and beyond. I've had fertility issues, gone through adoption and had special concerns with my children. I have never been rushed, she has filled out many forms for me and yes I have waited 2 hrs and never minded at all. Now she has moved to a new location and family group, wait times have improved. I've left my husband but I will never leave her!

I always expect a 1-2 hour wait time and that does not bother me one bit. She is thorough and answers all questions. We love her for that! A doctor who genuinely cares for her patients health and well being and for that I am rating her a 5 in all areas!

GREAT doctor-really cares. I agree, wait time is usually long if you're appt. isn't early in the am (1-2 hrs late on bad days), but you are NEVER rushed and that doesn't bother me, once you know to expect it (take a book). My whole family loves her!

Michelle has always taken a little too long in wait time but that is because her patients know that she cares and will answer even the smallest question without rushing you out the door.
