Calls to the office never answered, lack of follow up, office called to put my husband on a new medication..he had died 10 days earlier..thanks alot! passes the 'buck' to someone else, "see you in 5 yrs" is not a follow up..

Very supportive as relies on his assistant nurse to handle things he doesn't need to. Looks you straight in your eyes and you are heard even if the symptoms are unrelated to the issue at hand.
