I am 62 years old and have had 3 previous family physicians. Dr. Sue MacLean is by far the best family Physician I have had. She is most caring and very knowledgeable and very quick to help. What I like is that she asks about my family and wants to understand my family dynamics.

Dr. MacLean is very responsive to my medical needs and is truly compassionate. The entire staff from the receptionists, nurses and support staff and doctors practice exceptional,kind, knowledgeable care.

I just would like to say that Dr. MacLean certainly meets and surpasses all my expectations of a doctor and medical care. There is something very gentle and kind hearted in her approach and care. I would highly recommend her as a family doctor.

Dr. MacLean is a wondergul Doctor. It took along time when we moved to London to find a Doctor. I'm glad that she moved here also. Office is a far beeter one since she moved here.

I think Dr. MacLean is a wonderful Doctor, and is very knowledgeable. The new office is a great. The staff needs to up grade their customer service as they try to not give you an appointment when you are asking for one.

Dr. McLean is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and does not rush you through your appointment. Her clinic has undergone changes in recent years which, while still has room for improvement, has improved wonderfully since the new location. I am lucky to have found her as my family doctor.
