Usually have a wait and I am pleased with quality of her "Specialist referrals" when necessary.Friendly and listens but I found that I was anxious, at times, as to the intensity of her voice as I can often hear her speaking to others in the waiting area. Just don't want everyone hearing about my __? More importantly is the staff are friendly and caring but I hear every conversation that the two receptionists have on the phone with clients. It can be embarrassing. Just wish they wouldn't speak about other clients or such as I feel vulnerable too. So, it is not qualtioy of medical knowledge, that I am satisfied with--it is more voice levels and office "ethics" broaching on personal data information.

The doc can run behind at times but that is only because she will spend the time that is needed to assess patients properly. The staff is great, the addition of the electronic and RN+ staff has helped to streamline the services + wait times.

Wonderful doctor, wonderful practice, wonderful, caring staff. They also now have a great nurse practitioner as part of the practice which adds even more to the caring atmosphere. Tracy is very perky and helpful with a great attitude for her patients.
