She is an absolutely wonderful person. She takes the time to hear your problems and to let you help make decisions regarding your health. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

At times runs behind schedule, however, this is because she takes the time to look and listen into her patients issues.

After her father passed away and she took over, I went a couple of times and was hugely disappointed. Her answer to everything is to prescribe narcotics. I have a condition that causes joint pain and she was all to ready to put me on oxi. I left her and switched to another dr asap. My 101 yr old grandfather goes to her and we don't even go there anymore with him, just to emerg or urgent care as it's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone and they don't call back. She took him off pills that he needs to be on. Will never recommend her to anyone.

Dr Victoria Soo has been my doctor for 6 years now and has taken care of my health from day one.One would be so lucky to have this MD and her staff taking care of them.

Well it is holiday time again, so you are out of luck for 5 days on 2 days off 5 days. But try and make an appointment, the clerk doesn't answer the phone...... What a poor set up, too bad she wouldn't get sick and need to make an appointment with her own clerk,.

No bedside manner. Hard to talk to but we cannot be choosy as nobody is interested in older people. Appointment time is too long so we have to go to emergency.

She has been our family doctor since she graduated and prior to that it was her Dad. She learned from the best. She is very caring and understanding and if she doesn't have the answer she will find it for you immediately. She is amazing!!!!

Sometimes you have to wait for your appointment time, but it is well worth the wait. Felicia (receptionist) and Dr. Victoria Soo are so kind and caring, and really take the time to make sure you are well taken care of.

Wonderful doctor. We are so lucky to have her. Only complaint is it is getting harder and harder to make an appointment within a week. So if you are really sick you are stuck.
