Very unhappy. Office asking for new patients for a reason! I have been a Kingsway patient for years, watching a steady decline in service to the point I had to look for a new Doctor. Office is unprofessional, worn & dirty, crowded waiting area, staff inefficient, lost records, no follow-ups on tests results, no phone response, inaccurate diagnosis, appointments unexpectedly changed to visiting re-training doctors. additional 'cash' fees for almost everything!

he is the type of doctor that you can bring your grandparents to and they feel listened to and stronger on the way out and that you can bring kids to and they feel not scared and walk out with a sticker. I like him very much.
