The ENT does not show much compassion when dealing with me. Has no idea of what she has told me to do. When I followed her instructions to have pharmacy send her a request for a prescription she told them she never prescribed it. Contact me if you require more info.

Could care less what you have to say. Tell you this is what it is and that's it. Can't do anything for you. You need a hearing aid was her reply. She is definitely not a caring person. My ear is blocked and feeling full and causing vertigo at times did nothing but look in my ear and mouth and sent me to hearing air company in her office.
