I would give the staff a rating of 0 if I could. Very rude all the times. Dr. Leung is knowledgeable, but will not give a definite diagnosis or answer to patient. always a long wait at the clinic

I've been seeing dr. andy leung for over a decade. Doctor is fairly knowledgeable and helpful but his staffs are rude and cold.

Two of the three receptionists are really bad. They are just rude and impolite. They are just Not helpful at all.

The doctor himself is fairly kind. However the staff are absolutely abhorrent. I don't know what it is about the staff who work at doctor's offices, but they're rude, condescending and treat everyone like garbarge. I was away for 2 weeks on vacation when i missed a call from the office, and when i called back, a secretary berated me for calling back so late, and asked me if i cared or not. I'm Chinese, and this is not something I will tolerate.
