The staff NEVER answer the phone & when they do, you are put on hold for a very long time. They say they are going to follow up with you but don't. Carol hardly ever works and when she does you can never see her when you are actually suffering fom an ailment. The staff is always suggesting you go to a walk in clinic....then why have a family doctor at all?!?! Stay away, you will only be frustrated and end up having to take your illnesses to a walk in or Emergency!

I love Dr Scott. She is always kind and always helpful. I live ~ 2 hours away, but don't want to give her up - She is the best!

Excellent family physician. You are lucky if she is your doctor and I wish she was still mine. ( I had to move away and find a new Dr. who is not nearly as competant!)
