Saw Dr. Ng twice, once in Aug. 2016 and the second time in Sept. 2016. His demeanor is not the friendliest and he is not very forthcoming with explanations. Even if he is pressed for time, patients should leave feeling confident with his treatment plan for the issues presented. I also found it odd that if there was an issue found and a treatment plan given that Dr. Ng didn't schedule a follow up appointment to ensure everything was OK even when I brought it up. Needless to say, Dr. Ng would not be an ENT I would ever recommend. As an aside, I also didn't understand why my OHIP card was needed to register at several reception desks in order to see one MD.

Dr Raymond Ng is very professional. He is not the type of doctors to chat with you over unrelated matter since his schedule is very tight most of the time. He would just discuss with the patients something crucial to improve their medical problems. You might find him not friendly enough as he rarely smiles but he responds to all the questions concerning the patients' health with serious consideration. Dr Ng is a very competent specialist in his field of study and I trust him hundred and ten percent for his diagnosis and treatment. He is very kind inside although he looks cool. I highly recommend anyone who needs help to this wonderful doctor. Kit Wong

very impatience rude lousy doctor .he thinks that he is the only doctor in the city.many of my friends saw him said the same .
