the smartest doc I know...and I know a lot of them Steve doesn't need my endorsement...everybody knows he's intelligent, completely up-to-date, brilliant at diagnostics...exactly what you hope for in an ethical, dedicated doc...if they were still going around in a horse drawn sled through blizzards to make house calls...that would be Steve.
