Dr Bola is great, but his receptionist Corina was not helpful with my requests to follow up on my daughter's tests. She called the hospital and tried to pretend she was told results wouldn't be for several days, after I told her we had already seen the results in question and were looking for MRI results. It was only then that she admitted she didn't get through to the MRI department. When I asked her to try again she replied "I can't spend all day calling them." A call literally takes 20 seconds. When compared with our pediatrician's receptionist who was lovely, helpful and received the results right away, it was night and day. It's unfortunate that a medical receptionist would be so rude to an anxious parent.

I have a different family doctor but I have been seeing Dr Bola a couple of times for emergencies with my husband and myself. He is amazing. very knowledgeable and assertive. I recommend this doctor very much.
