Dr Coutts was my doctor for over 25 years. I moved out of the area 2 years ago. He was always very professional,sincere, caring and knowledgable. He also had a great sense of humour which put people at ease. He was semi retired when I was still there and I just received a letter from his office telling me he is fully retiring on June1st. He will be greatly missed. I wish him all the best in his retirement.
