Great doctor, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great with kids. Only downfall is the time you have to wait even with an appointment! min waiting time is 30 minutes but up to 1.5hrs.

One of the best.Dr. Hajas always cheerful and listens carefully to my concerns. Staff very busy but always friendly, cheerful and greet patients by their name. Dr Hajas has been so good to my husband after his accident, even visit him at home as he was not able to see the doctor at the office. she is wonderful.

Doesn't matter if you have an appointment, if 1-10 stand in front of you, you're knocked back as if you walked in off the street. Or staff forget to log you in, then you again wait. The staff are rude. The doc is hurried, and seems confused, not able to read her notes or have to return few times to get your issue across.

Fabulous family Doctor who has taken care of our family for the past 4 years. Quick to refer to a specialist if your condition requires a skillset beyond that of a GP.

Dr Hajas is extremely thorough and truly listens to my issues. She often goes above my expectations. Hey busy office is just a sign of quality care that I know I could not find anywhere else in southern Ontario

Very thorough and caring doctor. Should serve as a roll model to all Ontario doctors. The only downfall is she is very busy and often 1hr or more behind schedule. An online checkin app for same day visits would make this facility top notch and greatly reduce patient frustration associated with waiting a room with other sick folks.
