Dr. Filipowicz was my family Dr. for years until he moved away. He is greatly missed in NS. If he is not appreciated by some of you in Ontario, then send him back to us. He is an AMAZING Dr. who goes out of his way for his patients, however there is no pleasing some people. Best Wishes go out to this wonderful human being.

i had dr.filopowicz when he was in kentville, n.s a few years ago i loved him so much he is so great at taking care of his patients, he's very nice and very funny. Iam a smoker and one time i had a pap smear done and he was doing his thing and his receptionist was there also and he said" i see smoke" hey when your hot your hot, all had a good laugh at that one....still do...i miss him so much wish he would have stayed in n.s. highly recommend him to anybody

Im not happy with this doctor and currently looking for new one. He refused to refer me to a gynecologist when i was in so much pain. Ive asked him about another issue and he said "one issue at a time" and didnt even bother to hear me out. Has had to look into books for answers about medicine while pregnant. And charged me for a referral to a pediatrist while my husband got one for free at a walk in clinic!! He also is very rude when he talks to me.

First of all nobody is percect!!! He is very heplfull and carring. He take his time to know you beter ana never live me without medical attetion. Highly recomending his service.

Dr. Filipowicz is a great Doctor. My Mom has been seeing him for 5 years and he also visits her at home when I am unable to drive her to his office. I'm now seeing Dr. Filipowicz and he is the best. Very knowledgeable and extremely caring and a good listener. What he prescribes for me gets me better immediately. Barbara is a great receptionist in the office as well.

I had Dr. Filipowicz when I was a little girl for MANY years when I lived in Nova Scotia. Upon looking up the Doctor I met with today, Dr. Filipowicz just happen to be listed in the Article that today's Doctor is in. I am thrilled that Dr. Filipowicz is in Ontario and only a half hour away. I wouldn't trust the life of myself or my 2 month old daughter in anyone else's hands. I will be calling Monday.

Dr. Filipowicz has great knowledge and I find he is a great listener. He always asks about more than what I came in for. He has become so popular that, yes, sometimes your appointment is late but his caring and knowledge is a welcome touch in the medical profession.

Most of the times he does make me feel stupid when I try to ask questions. Doesn't seem to be interested at all in what I have to say. Doesn't even look at me while I am talking to him; always stuck in his book writing. Feels like he is just doing it for money coz most of the times I am there they are way overbooked. So he mostly just writes a prescription or a referal and rushes me out. Looking for a new doctor at this moment!

I find that I have to repeat myself several times in the duration of one appointment. He is slow to give needed referals and someetimes makes you feel stupid for asking questions. His secrety has hang up on me before I have fully finished asking what i needed to. I would not recommend this Doctor.
