Dr Chen has been my family doctor for 16 years and he is a wonderful doctor, he is knowledgeable and fair. I would recommend him, he does only one case per visit and because he loves being punctual you better be ready with your case, but this is how he can keep his punctuality so one for the other. I moved far and still go see him. My toddler also goes now to him and he is never afraid to go to the doctor.

Dr. Andy has been my family doctor for over 12 years. He has been attentive, pleasant and thorough on most of my visits over the years. But lately, as I have had to visit him fairly often due to a number of health issues, I find that he is always in a rush and does not want to attend to more than one matter per visit - even cutting you short. As a family doctor, it is important to listen to all of the symptoms, however insignificant, as they can be connected in some way to a larger health problem. Are we expected to make separate appointments for each ailment/symptom? This would be a waste of time for doctor and patient. Or is this a way to get paid more for each patient visit? Since he keeps on-line records, he should view the history of the patient and know what are the past complaints, when was the last visit, etc. - isn't that what records are for? And why are there family physicians - isn't it so they know their patients individually? I also find that Dr. Andy does not put in enough hours at his clinic to attend to all of his patients, and perhaps the rush to see as many patients as he can during the days/hours he is in. He only works 4 days a week!!! Overall he is a good GP to have as a family physician.

My family has been under Dr. Chen's care for the last 12 years. His suspicions are always accurate, and he is very thorough with his treatments. A very caring and professional doctor, who even answers his emails when he is on vacation. He is our angel and we consider ourselves very lucky to have him looking after us. His staff is exceptional, always squeezing us in to see him when we need to. Never have to wait longer than 5 minutes for our appointments. Extremely knowledgable and gets things done!! Best doctor we have ever had and I highly recommend him!!!
